Paypal limited for 2 years

my account had been limited from nearly 2 hears i phone paypal so many time but they did not restore at all.then i have open a new account they put limition again please can any 1 tell me what to do.
i dnt know nothing how to handle this.

Welcome to the forum.

You need to buy eBay Stealth and learn from the book and the forum members about making a new account. The same info will end in the same result, Limitation.

As for your previous paypal account? It is toast and will never be reinstated. Paypal has decided that you are a risk to their services for what ever reason. Learn from your mistakes and try not to do it with your new accounts.

You need to change your modus operandi.

As said, get hold of a copy of the guide, learn from it, work out a plan of attack and then - most important this - run it past the forum and we will pick holes in it and tell you if you are good to fly
