How do you set your address with the virtual credit card?
A website says all you need is an email

So when I verify my paypal address hwo will paypal even know what address to verify with if we don't provide the address for the VCC?

Also can you withdraw from a VCC?

VCC tends to pass address check automatically. PP will have it attached and confirmed automatically.

You cant withdraw to a VCC in Australia - bank only (is that your question?)
