Activity: 0% Longevity: 85% | | just got this email from Auctiva!!!!! multiple ebay ID's
So it seems that you CAN have multiple ebay ID's for ONE price! Woo-hoo! I was just going to sign up for inkfrog too...thank goodness I asked!
-------------------------------------------------
Hello,
I apologize for any confusion in this matter but we already allow multiple eBay accounts to be used for mulitple Auctiva accounts. Of course, as Jordan explained, you can only have one Auctiva account per eBay account but, we can enter several Auctiva accounts under the umbrella of one paid plan. So, all you have to do is sign up for either our $9.95 Standard Plan or our $19.95 Deluxe Plan (our $2.95 Started Plan is not eligible to have multiple accounts attached to it), for one of your Auctiva accounts and then we can designate other Auctiva accounts as 'multiple users' of that account.
Each sub account is required to have a pay method on file though. Even though only one of your accounts will be assessed a monthly plan fee, all of your accounts will be charged separately for any fees they incur (i.e. image hosting, domain name purchases, etc. ).
I hope that this response has been helpful. If you have any further questions, concerns, or comments, please, don’t hesitate to contact us again.
Good luck and good selling!
Sincerely,
Todd K.

Just to follow up for those interested, here's how to do it:
Hello again,
The process for creating your additional accounts is exactly the same as it was for your original account. Just go to our main page and click the "Sign Up" button: eBay Auction Management, Auction Templates, Auction Tools, and Image Hosting
Once you have created all of your desired accounts, just use this support case to tell us their usernames and we will add them to your main account.
The only thing to keep in mind, is that each account will need the following:
1- A unique e-mail address. Our system will not allow the same e-mail address to be used for more than one Auctiva account.
2- A pay method on file. Even though only your main account will be charged plan fees, all of your accounts will be charged individually for any fees that they generate.
3- A separate eBay account.
Lastly, you will have to have one account that has either our $9.95 Standard plan or $19.95 Deluxe plan selected. That will be your main account and the only one that will have monthly plan fees.
I will await your responsee.
Sincerely,
Todd K.

Its TRUE!
Took a couple of letters to customer support, about 10 minutes and here is the final letter I received from them...
Thank you for following up with us regarding this matter. As your two accounts has been combined to one billing account so, you just need to pay the flat monthly change for one account (that is you primary account) and your secondary account is absolutely for free.
Also, you now have 1GB of image hosting space for each Auctiva account.
You can check the status of you secondary account by hovering mouse on My Account tab->click on My Plan Info.
In case of further assistance please revert back to us.
Sincerely,
Auctiva Support.

Now it seems someone at Auctiva Support is saying something different.
Now they say 1GB storage on the primary account and 500MB of storage on the Multi-Account Plan.
Here is what Alex from Support said...
Hi,
Thank you for the follow up and bringing this our notice. However, I would like to confirm you that the accounts under Multi-Account Plan are allowed 500MB and the main(primary) is allowed 1GB FREE Image Hosting.
I am sorry to hear that you were unfortunately, misguided on this. I will surely share this case and information with Sherry.
In order to confirm the information I provided you, please hover over My Account tab and click on My Plan Info. option. The ensuing page will show you the details of the plan.

So how much will you actually be saving?
Since each sub-account requires an add-on payment method, wouldn't i be overkill if you list hundreds with those accounts?
Not sure how this beats the unlimited option on listing etc. if you were to pay the 9.95 monthly for each account.

The sub-account is free, as long as you don't exceed 500MB's on picture
hosting.
I am not sure if you are allowed more than 1 sub-account?

What about the URL you get on each hosted picture? Wouldn't they be the same?

So when you need to create listings for account A, you log into that. When you're ready to make listings for account B, you log out of A on auctiva, then log into B.

Can you use different email addresses and different eBay accounts for each sub-account, but use the same payment method for all of them, or does that have to be unique to each sub-account, too?

Do you sign up for 1 main account and a few sub-accounts, and select each one being a $9.95 plan or do you make the sub-accounts free accounts that, when combined, become accounts that you can actually list with?
I have my main account set up. I just need some sub-accounts.

sub accounts are FREE, create them with the "free 30 day" method and then just contact support and tell them what accounts you want underneath your main.

You can import as long as you're not doing it from a different account! Make sure you're only importing from the same account that you're using the auctiva.

no, I was just being cynical, ebay is linked to auctiva via the particular ip you sign up with and get token on . No, I was just saying scenario; if all your stealth ebay accounts are linked by a single set of details with auctiva, ie you pay for all of them and register them all in one package (didnt think that was possible when Ive checked, they are obviously getting desperate for business) and ebay buys auctiva, you will be all linked up and if one goes down then kablaamo...........same of course for inkfrog
