managing stealth account with auctiva

a windows user account which has been suspended eb ay account before ? my question is when i got online auctive ; eb ay is possibly to track me anyway ? can i get online on auctiva on every user id ?

you gotta clear cookies, change IP and make new auctiva with your new Ebay account.

You questions are not very clear, but from what I see I would say, simply go through the steps of creating a new (stealth) account!!! Read the book! of course i did open new account as you said bro ; i mean is there any trouble to being online by auctiva on any computer ( without using eB ) .. sorry for my bad english
