I called to eb many times, i got suspension before i tried to list an item.

then i called eb, (of course I aksed eb to call be back, lol)

but i found that some of the ebay Rep's accent is so horrible, maybe you guys were born speaking english, but english is my second language, i don't speak English so much often.


today, i got a phone call from eb Rep, her accent is just like (maybe) indian, she was speaking way too fast, i kept saying: pardon, pardon.......

any way, what they ask are regular questions, and finally they removed the suspension..

did you guys have such experience???

You got the suspension removed - that is great to hear.

Yes eB (and PP agents to some extent) SOME agents are really bad to understand

I remember one time during a call about 2 years ago - I figure - wasnt for a reinstatement, just to handle an inquiry - was speaking with the agent for 5 minutes and was placed on hold while he looked up info ...then he came back on and said - it looks like we dont have an account registered to you. I told him that we had been speaking for few minutes about my account XXXXX and there was a pause, while he said "Oh yeah, yeah, I forgot sorry - wasnt paying attention...blah blah blah"...was amusing...the inquiry got solved.

If the issue had not been solved, I would have been quite upset at the lack of professionalism

congratulations

had incidents with rep's accent a few times, some are funny and some were frustrating trying to figure out what they say

Depending on the time of day you call, will depend on which eBay call center you get routed to. Ebay has many call centers and sounds like you reached their India Call Center.

Good to hear you got reinstated. I often find the ones in the India Call Center are more lenient and will reinstate more easily...but this is just my opinion based on my interactions with various Reps.

some have good accent, very easy to understand though.
