Re: Do you offer returns?

whether you accept returns or not, if a buyer files a claim with eBay it won't matter.
I find it useless to set "no returns".

Agreed, indeed it will encourage some to deliberately damage the goods to justify a seller funded return. At least if you accept returns some will accept the 'buyer pays' solution.

In reality, how many returns do folk get, mine is a very small percentage.

And as I said above, only private sellers can do it anyway. If you're running a business from private seller accounts the last thing you want to do is attract unwanted attention from a disgruntled buyer.

Ebay will make seller accept return if buyer files INR.
Many sellers have NO RETURN on all their listings which mean nothing.
Some buy the item so they can use it once,or remove a part or component they need for their own device.
There was a time a practice called Rent on EBay- gown, tuxedo, designer handbag, jewelry.
One buyer bought a box of chocolate, took one bite and file INR .
One buyer bought a $700 antique guitar, remove one part he needs and return it.

Right.

luckily my items don't get returned often or at all and it's the type of item that doesn't attract bottom feeders.
