Ebay and Paypal Accounts purchased in US work in AU

Hey im in australia i want to purchase a ebay and paypal account that is verified . will i have any issues in selling in australia or do i have to use a didicated IP ? so it doesnt get banned . also do you accept skrill as payment ?

TO reiterate what "SquidsScissors" said.
Every seller has different requirements on who can purchase from them.
(some may refuse you service simply because of the age of your account here)

Payment requirements on what platforms they will accept said payments, as well as how they expect you to operate the account.
(as many sellers offer their own Warranty)

So you will need to PM multiple sellers, and ask them information be prepared to wait 24-48 hours or more based on seller time zone etc, just be patient.
