i cant get new address with mobile broadband

today i tried my friend's virgin's mobile broadband in my computer
. but no matter how many time i unplug and plug, even reboot my computer, i can only get 2 IP addresses in total.
ps: my friend's mobile broadband is in 24month contact.

Virgin Mobile, at least here in the US, uses STATIC IP addresses. Most others do not. I don't know if this is true in Australia, but that does seem to be their preference.

yes. you should not get contract..cause you never know when youll need to cancel. lol
