How to change MAC address of mobile broadband

Hi everyone ,
I have a virgin mobile broadband (the usb dongle) .Everytime I connect to the internet ,it gives me same IP address.I thought it should change everytime.

Does anyone know ,how can I change the MAC address for this USB dongle broadband device.
I dont want to change my provider as I have 18 month contract .

Please let me know if you know any software which would change the IMEI or the MAC address of this.

I could of swore these change IP each time you connect to them.. are you sure your ip isn't changing? Go to https://www.ipburger.com and make sure

hi thanks for your response.I am already aware that ip addresses for the following mobile broadband changes.
3 network ,T-mobile and 02 .

However for Virgin and Vodafone ,it doesnt change ,it always stays the same and I belive the fact that they might have assigned static IP to the device.
Therefore my concern was that ,if somehow I am able to change the physical address (MAC or the IMEI ) ,for the device then most probably this would be solved.

In neither of the previous threads ,this was resolved .If you know a thread in which solution for changing-mac for the mobile broadband dongle is given ,please forward it to me,

If you have a static IP address then you won't be able to change your IP without calling your ISP..

It's time for a new ISP if your ip is static.
