Sure if you want to kill your account.
Try to realize now vpns are really disliked by paypal & ebay.
Look at other options.

I think Ebay/Paypal have pretty much banned most Proxy's on the web, and those that aren't banned will eventually be banned.
I destroyed 2 accounts with
VPN
's, after that I never used them again.

I have used proxybonanza (australian socks5's) with no issues. I bought just 4 IP's then after I used them up I just emailed them and they added some more onto my account.
