 What reloadable cards work as a bank for Pp
Hi guys I have a paypal account which has money in it from items I sold which I usely send the money to my main account to cash out but the bastrads wont let me send money for some dumb reason says I cant send money at this time. the accounts not limited I called them up with no help seems there trying to steal my money after I done sent off the items. the said I can add a bank account to get the money out that away so I bought a paypal prepaid card that has the direct deposit opition but ill be damned if I cant add it as a bank  which Is retarded so I'm guessing since its a Pp card it wont work so what other cards would work as a bank account? I seen netspend and another at the dollar store and Walmart seems to have one as well any suggestions?
