Asking Customers To PP With Check Not CC

Hello all, brand new member here.
I'm interested in buying multiple high-limit stealth PP's. Some of my customers pay by check & our top product is $5500.....does PP make it easy on them to create account (if they don't already have one) and pay with their bank account?
i.e. Will PP send multiple mini-deposits to their account....does anyone have experience how willing customers are to do this?
