Does Payoneer check documents

I'm wondering if Payoneer checks documents if they are legitimate.

Oh yeah and what documents do they require for verification?

DL and Utility bill / ID and Utility bill?

I understood that the account at them is first created and then when the first transaction is made they require the documents. Is that true?

I strongly suggest to open Payoneer account in your own name.

If something goes wrong you will have your money stuck in there forever, you will not be able to claim you are the owner of the account.

yeah but I need payoneer account for each ebay account that I have.

What you proposed will not work for me.

Another thing is I want nothing on my name because of money flow and IRS etc.

If I can create payoneer accounts and link the to my ebay/paypal accounts and keep the money flow under 1000£ a month the risk will be spread.

Can I verify payoneer just by sending them the front and back scans of the documents or do I need to have a video chat with them as well?

Will be thankful if somebody can help me with payoneer

To register with Payoneer, they just need an ID number. Once you get some payments, they MAY ask you for a photo of your ID, but only the front is required; they don't need to do a video chat, but very rarely they ask for a selfie with you holding your ID and a paper showing the date. I have had that happen just a few times out of hundreds of accounts.

Yes, just follow the same format as a legit ID. I use driving licence numbers and adjust it to match the account information.

Payoneer is much easier to stealth than Uaccount.

Also, if you're worried about the whole "money flow" issue, just get a Payoneer account and use the Mastercard that comes with it.

How should I receive the card?

I'm living outside UK.

If I use Romanian documents, from where I am, shall I write when registering the account a Romanian address?

Can I use the same address for several accounts?

It doesn't matter where you live; the advice applies for any country that Payoneer can ship to.

You should register with Payoneer using a non-existant address within your country, because when you register they will automatically send out a card to the address used. The card will be returned to Payoneer by the post office because it will be undeliverable (of course).

Payoneer do not verify addresses in any way so it's fine to do this.

If you go on live chat and ask them to reship the card, they will ask you to provide your shipping address, and at this point you can give your real address so that you can receive the card. This way you can get multiple cards to your address without linking the accounts, which would happen if you registered all the cards at the same address.

By the way, the registration address can be completely different from the one on your ID.

Yes they have really stick policy regarding bulk payment and even in the beginning after some payment they will start asking documents

are their limit thresholds that cause payoneer to trigger a freeze on accounts?

Hi, I opened an account with Payoneer in the past and they ask for government Photo ID.The address doesn't matter and they don't verify it. You can send it to any mailbox and pick up the card from there.

I always wondered if they actually perform real ID verification..I guess since you have multiple accounts and need multiple cards you can try and get some of your friends or something...

When do they ask to provide documents? I've been told that 30 gbp was enough to freeze the account.
