Linking bank accounts - 2 small deposits or logging in

For a stealth account, which is best? What type of information can paypal see? Collect? If you use your bank credentials.

2 deposit is best they cant see the name

Not true.When they make the deposits they also pull the money back out - along with the name of the bank acct owner.
I myself always use the instant verification. Never had an issue.

I've come to prefer instant verify also. It's done by a third party, not paypal.

I tried to link paypal to my bank account using instant verification and the trail deposits. Both gave me message saying that they can no connect to the bank right now. Anyone know why?
