US bank account for non US citizens

Is there any way of opening a US bank account without visiting the US?
Payoneer is killing me!

Some banks allow Non-US people to open US Bank Accounts but you might run into a few obstacles. There have been a few threads on this topic, might want to search them out.

Several of the banks in Israel have operations in the US and can offer you a US based bank account.
How complicated the process is to open one of those is something I dont have any info about and you should do some research on.

Contact BMO-Harris and see if they can assist - have done accounts for non-citizens and non-residents.

I would advise extreme caution when dealing with anyone claiming to be able to open an account for you for a price. More than likely theyre running a scam.

$200 for opening a us account - I wonder if ANY positive experiences on that...so many scams out there
