Right now I buy citizen bank visa gift cards min I can get is $25, anyone know of any cheapers cards that work out here?

Just found out what VCC stands for! wow never heard of it before. just one question: will paypal have a suspicion with the VCC? is there somehow a difference in the card numbers or something? I would like to get one but I am not sure if they will find out eventually anyway.

Yes, the numbers will identify card as virtual. But there are genuine reasons to have one. Parents may give you a VCC to buy online. Or you may not want to use your real credit card number online. ETC. So when PayPal sees a VCC they do know what it is, but that doesn't necessarily mean you are up to no good automatically.

However, I strongly believe an account setup with a VCC is weaker then one setup with a real card.

You are allowed to register on dot com from Canada. All my accounts are dot com. So I'm not sure what you are asking about the VCC, sorry

I have many many Canadian customers for vcc's - they work perfectly! you can try Entropay as well.

Everyone just do entropay. It's 5% of 20 usd to load. 99 cent. Cheapest you got out there. You can find VBA's for 7 bucks if you know a head person, and emails can be bought en mass for 5=100gmail.

People who says it's expensive don't have the right places to look.

What are some prepaid credit cards that works with paypal in Canada? Most of the ones I've tried doesn't work, including some of the ones that even says "shop anywhere including online", which is utter bs

RBC gift card worked nicely for me - 3.95 fee - no minimum amount to top the card, maximum of 1k. You have to go into the branch to get one then register it online.

It costs me .99 to load and create a card. I can create as many as I need, by transferring money for .20.

Entropay works for me, but entropay doesn't work anymore for amazon, so i use Vanilla master visa card for amazon and ebay and paypal you pay 25$ for verifying 3 different account you have a balance of 25$, i use this 25$ balance to make purchases on ebay and to make atleast 15-20 feedback on the ebay account and leave 5$ balance for future
