Suspended from EBay...

so I was selling items and I ended up putting too many posts of the same product (rookie mistake lol) and I got caught and they locked my account unless I show them proof where I got my products from but lets just say I don't want to... so anyways I bought the book here and read through it. good stuff BUT, you can no longer use a prepaid visa in ebay or paypal to confirm your account... what do I do now? I even tried authorizing through a call forward phone number that I got but ebay says this number is not recognized or something (even though it does forward calls to my cell)... so looks like stealth method doesn't work or maybe someone can help me with some tips here?

I can no longer use my name, bank account, address, phone number - all these items I got are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ now, the only thing that won't work is the phone number and prepaid visa....

You can still use prepaid visa in ebay and paypal - go for entropay and canadian visa gift card....easy enough to find.

You will need new bank account - hit the major banks.

Phone number - many services on the net. Tollfreeforward works but remember to cancel after 2 weeks or 25 a month is fee.

the tollfreeforward number is the one i got and doesnt work :( is there another one that you can confirm works in ebay?

I use UWT great service and worked.

why credit cards? with the banks I have I can just open a new account online and get immediately a new account number. is a credit card any better?

hey can you direct me to a link to where to get a UWT? and even with the bank account i still need to activate with a credit card... you didnt? maybe its because i activated a credit card first before a bank account? so i only need a bank account to activate paypl?

also for activation you mean for this call forward or the ebay aco****? I never had to activate. when I list my firs items they call me for verification and they ask how you want to pay the fees. well with paypal (which I opened the same day as I did ebay) and then link my bank account. thats all

i just thought you need verified credit card for paypal as well as bank account? but if your saying no need for credit card then thats perfect :D easy!!! and thanks for the link!!

no problem. I honestly never linked a cc to ebay or paypal. thats why I asked the other time on the forum why VCC as they are identified by paypal as such. so why not go with a bank account? I mean you obviously have to have a bank account but you can open new accounts online. and of course you h ave to wait for the "2 small deposits" made by paypal (usually takes 3-7 days)
