They COULD ask depending on 1) how risky your account is based on VPN (overused VPNs can cause problems) and/or 2) how risky your operations are e.g. what you sell, how fast you selling, category of sales, buyer feedback. Many factors. They can always ask for documentation - if you do things correctly, they may never ask
