Bank account overseas

Any one know where i can get a bank account from overseas? Are prepaid debit cards from overseas a good option? can you guys recommend any?

If youre asking about a US based account your options are either Payoneer or Transferwise.
Both are known to be problematic though when used with paypal.

Oversea as in USA or as in Europe or as in Australia?

Are you looking for EMIs or just regular banks?

if your account is US ,you need a US bank account or debit card
