Can eBay or Paypal see the data of your card?

Hello, I have used my own virtual debit card to confirm a stealth paypal and also to pay the eBay fees (without paypal).
It worked fine but I wonder if eBay or Papal have seen any of the card's info (name, adress, ...).

They can see the billing post code usually on real cards.

Theyll see the virtual card number only.

Card number, expiration date and last 3 only. Like sloker said, just the card details.
