I need this to verify my stealth UK moneybookers account. I need a card that allows one to check the transaction history so I can know the verification charge that moneybookers would make to the card. Any help as to how I can get the card would be much appreciated

You can check my itrades, i have had 2 transactions with doughboykilla and I paid him with paypal from my stealth US paypal account. You can ask him if he had any problems with me, Ok. Moneybookers not allowed in my country thats why I have a UK one, US moneybookes cant send or recieve moneybookers, it can only pay merchants, thats why I have a stealth UK moneybookers. Dont be prejudicial, dont judge a book by its cover, ok. I am into e-currency exchange so I need e-currency accounts i.e moneybookers, paypal, webmoney, liberty reserve, alertpay etc
