Capitol One Prepaid Mastercard

Hi, Has anyone ever used the Capitol One prepaid Mastercard to WITHDRAW from paypal? It comes with a routing and account number for direct deposit. And if you have, any problems with names not matching up? Thanks in advance!

Capital One don't like mismatch names - however if you can get the sort code you can check if they are using a third party bank that will accept it. In the UK one prepaid card issuer uses a bank that does (details not for open forum - trolls don't you know!)

Can someone let me know how can it work if you dont have CC withdraw section in U.S and its also mastercard :O
