mastercard prepaid credit card

will a mastercard prepaid card work with registering an ebay and paypal account in the uk ?

i got the card online and waiting for it to come in the post

i dont think you will be able to verify your pp acct with it,you need a current acct or a saving acct but...only a few savings accts work so choose carefully,look about on the forums as this is how i got this information....but you def need a bank acct to get verified,but you can add this card your getting to pay any fees etc etc
