Use reloadable card to withdraw paypal funds

Hey guys,

I have read around the forum but there is a lot of confusion and conflicting answers in regards to this question. So I am wondering if anyone can simply tell me what the best re-loadable card to use to withdraw from paypal.

Also, is there anyway to withdraw funds with a VBA?

First if you had read enough to know there is conflicting info here then you would have read enough to find your answer.

No one is just going to hand you this information because so many will abuse it and ruin for those who wont.

And if you had read ENOUGH around the forum you would also know how silly a question like can you withdraw to a VBA is?

What are you going to do withdraw to thin air?
