Default paypal and card issues
anyone has experience in the following:

1) transfer paypal amt from DIFFFERENT us paypal account to SAME us visa card with no problem (paypal account didn't get suspended or delay)

2) the above but using a austalia visa card or other country bank visa card. Would this get the account to be suspended compared to using a us bank issue visa card?

3) the above but transfering to a visa card with different name on bank account?

how could you transfer paypal balance to visa credit card?

You can't. You can only withdraw to your bank account.
