ING works fine with paypal i never once had a problem with it and i used it on at least 20 paypal accounts. And besides that i dont need it for a bank i just need it to verfiy my bank account for paypal and i will use the plug in to cash out paypal.

Maybe you guys are moveing 1000's and 1000's of $'s through paypal and ing and maybe thats why it didnt work for you.

And only reason ING closed my account is because the names on paypal didnt match on ING if i would had use the same names it would'nt had been a issue but never the less paypal had never once said i could'nt use ING as a bank or removed it as a bank from my account unlike when they did this with greendot cards.

That same issue could happen with any bank account even local banks. I used a credit union in the past who wouldnt let money come in through ACH with dif account holder names.

ING's fraud department called me and asked me why the account name was different than the paypal deposit name. I said that it was my buisness alias to protect myself from identity theft because i didnt trust paypal. He didnt buy my story and closed my account.

For the record, i wasnt trying to deposite money, paypal was trying to withdraw money i owed for ebay fines. I didnt have any money in that paypal or bank account so they were trying to overdraw over and over again and i guess ING go pissed.

So i think its safe to use ING as long as you dont try to overdraw money or make huge deposits. That will probably draw their attention

Use ING as your Paypal banking account if you like any of the following:
Closed account!
Trouble!
Many Issues!
No place to deposit your money!
And MORE!

So lets see here.....
You are saying that ING works fine with paypal.
Except for the fact that ING closed your account because the Paypal payments were in a different name.

Hummmmm
Sounds like a problem to me.

So ING works fine if you have a common name which you can use the same account holders name on paypal as ING and there would'nt be a problem.

And like i said before any bank could close you for the same reason like Wamu and BOA so the problem is not just ING

4 or 5 Paypal accounts have been limited immediatly whenever I have tried ING in the past few months.
I tried a few different methods also, like IGN to see if i could trick the system, still nada.
ING is a dead end with PP.

You are 1 MILLION PERCENT WRONG there.
I have MANY accounts at Bank Of America and at WaMu and at Wells Fargo.
They all have Paypal accounts with different names.
I have NEVER had any problems from these banks in regards to the names sent to the banks from Paypal with the Paypal deposits.

You, doughboykilla, need to get your FACTS straight before you start spewing incorrect information on this forum.
Have you done any research on this forum in regards to Banking at ING & Paypal as a combination?
I am going to guess that you have not.
The information is out there for anyone with a good head on their shoulders to find.

Well you are wrong there cause THEY COULD get it key word COULD close your Wamu and BOA accounts if they wanted and that reason right there is all they would need. and i know for fact that some banks will have issues and i know for a fact that ING works for paypal and would had still worked if it was'nt for the names of the paypal accounts.

Just cause a few memebers here had problems reguarding paypal and ING dose'nt mean it won't work and belive me if paypal didn't allow ing for use on paypal they would black list the routing # such as they did on greendot.

so u need to get your facts stright

pmsl. Must have a 'Post of the Day' sticky on this one. If you have been outsmarting ebay/paypal since2000, why have I never had the pleasure of reading one single post of yours that has been helpful? I know that many others here would agree.
Most your posts need to be interpreted for starters and then after that they are still, je ne sais pas, stupid. English is not your first language,is it?

I have been using ING and PP successfully for several years and have never had an ING inquiry. Here is what I do.

1. For PP accounts with bogus names, I use ING to verify new PP accounts on PP to get the 2 small deposits.

2. I NEVER withdraw money from PP to ING if the name doesnt match.

3. If I want to make a PP withdrawal, I transfer the PP money to another PP account that has my real name and info, so I can make a withdrawal. I also use PP VCC to get money out of PP grasp.

If you use ING only for PP verification to get the small deposits, you shouldn't have any problem, I least I haven't -- (yet)

This thread seems to have gotten really personal.

There was a question that no one addressed and I would like to know myself.

Does Bank of America or any other bank allow "sub accounts" inside your savings account like ING does? This would be very good to know.

I can tell you that I have used ING for the past 6 months and have withdrawn over $60,000 through about 30 accounts without a problem up until today. They called me today about the different names on the accounts. I never knew about this problem before now...

You asked this exact same question in ANOTHER THREAD, which I replied to, and now you are asking it again in another forum in another post??
