Hi, mates!
Need advice for personal PP acc withdraws option to stealth Virtual account with plastic VISA (Europe only).

I try Payoneer - that it's not an option anymore, can't add USA banks without IBAN lately.

How to know, ACC was made in 2005 from Europe, Lithuania
There were all things different back then, pp was the only USA I guess.

WireX looks pretty good, though i'm wondering they say you have to verify your wireX account to link the card to paypal ( includes sending in pictures of documents) does this mean they will share the details with paypal?

Hey Muzzie, so are you saying Wirex cards can be used as a vcc for UK paypal account and money can also be withdrawn from paypal to the wirex card?

I believe from UK PayPal you can only withdraw to a bank account.

This is correct, UK PayPal has no option to withdraw to card.
UK or US bank only.

Yes. Using this option for a long time already. Works ok more or less. But card must be identity verified or it will be blocked when money arrives from paypal.
