paypal hate VCC from my experience.
I paid a lot of money for a VCC private and also a socks5 proxy for UK and paypal knew right away on the phone and every withdrawal is always 72 hours on VCC ive found.

unless you have a paypal access card like me and I just withdraw from cashpoint £250.00 every 4 days to get a grand out.

I thought that you couldn't withdraw money using a VCC? Am i wrong? Wouldn't it ultimately need to be connected to an actual Bank account for withdrawals?
