Youre one rich clown! lol
So are we going to see $50k by the end of 2021? or the end of March?

Re: Crypto Blowing Up

Woah.. I expected 25k sometime soon but 30k+ is a nice surprise.

Come back a year from now and 100k will be the norm.

Sorry, I know it's dumb question but right now I can't think much as I'm restless due to something going on.

I remember you saying such things repeatedly and always wondered to understand co-relation.

As the $ goes down importing costs more. I expect a lot of US food is important.

Something that used to cost $1 to import now costs $1.05 to import > increases price

Not sure about stamps... the price of fuel in the US may well go up as the value of the $ goes down though as again lots of it is imported so that may see a corelated increase in the price of stamps. I doubt it though

I am so stupid, I sold out my BTC when it was 15k and I was thinking I made some profit haha.
What do you think guys? Should I buy now at 33k or wait to drop to 20-25k?

There might be some kind of manipulation, as it was few years ago :)

Oh well...
So what are the predictions for 2021? Anyone thinking itll break $50k?

I think we'll get close to 100K this cycle, probably wise to take some chips off the table around 45K and then 85-80K if it gets to those levels. 50K and 100K will probably be tough psychological levels to break

Personally I'm keeping an eye on things like an ETF and Fidelity. Once your friends/family are buying again, we're probably close to the top of the cycle, kind of like the 2017 cycle

But this time is different, so who knows. I can't see institutions selling BTC in exchange for a devaluing currency. The previous cycles were mostly retail and we didn't have Covid & crazy global debt

I still remember several individuals (that shall remain unnamed) who were bashing on Bitcoin only a year or two ago saying the whole thing was going to collapse. I recall one specifically who was laughing at HODLers and calling us all fools who will regret it all when BTC crashed to $100.
Wonder where he is now...

$33k BTC

It just hit 34.9k

What's your prediction, Nate? I'd say at least 40K in the next few months tops.

Interesting - given that larger institutions have been pushing acceptance even more so

hahah so true :-D

Well really nobody could know but they were some good signs all the time.

Some institutions started already buying in mass bitcoin and other will follow.

Also the recent absurd proposals of Fin CEN are showing that interest keeps growing dramatically in the US. Let's see how the future will look like.

It's inching in to 40K now.

This is exciting, when's a good time to sell usually?

Damn 41K

I think its taking some time off to 35k or staying at 40k and in a few months its going to explode again

GrayScale starts buying again beginning of FEB. GrayScale does not sell, only onboard new contracts at a premium and acquire more BTC.

Okay , Thank you thank you.

So this means the price will explode again in Feb if they just buy to hold.

You make it sound like you've never seen BTC action in the past :)
No big surprise that we're seeing a correction. Itll stabilize and start the slow climb again soon enough.

hehehe, true true.

I'm trying to decide between 2 things.

1. sell most when it hits 40K again then wait until it drops back down to below 10K . (But risk that it'll never go below that ever again)

2. Hold for the next 10 years till it hits over 6 figures.

My finance friends keep telling me to hold for a very very long time.
