I went with Option 2 myself.
Didnt sell in 2017 when it reach 20k and then dropped to $3k and dont regret a thing. Im in it for the long haul.

I'm still fairly new to trading. How have you overcame emotion within the markets as i understand that you can lose all of your money based on emotion? Any tips?

And fairplay, i know a lot of people who cashed out when BTC dropped a few years ago... all emotion based for them :(

The only way to lose your money is to sell low.
Patience and strong nerves (for those sharp dips).
And - a clear plan/goal as to how far you want it to go before you sell.

Still though wouldn't hurt to sell at a high for a couple K profit then rebuy when it dips.

But again... not even sure if it'll go lower like from 20k to 3k

With all the institutional investors now involved its hard to see the price dipping under $20k ever again to be honest.
But its Bitcoin so who realy knows.
All I know (or rather believe) is the long term upwards trajectory of this currency. Its the wave of the future and there aren't many who deny that any longer.

I'm here back after much research into bitcoin once again and here are my thoughts.

If you've money to hold for a very long time then put most of it in bitcoin and you'll be super rich as there is no reason to think this is going to fall because for bitcoin there is only upwards moving graph as time passes and no one can stop it's growth as it's problem solving technology.

0.000125% of total world population are active users of bitcoin so where is the question of loosing money in long run ? The more people becomes aware of bitcoin and starts using it, it'll increase demand and it'll increase the price as time passes. Those who are already using bitcoin, it's likely they won't stop using it so % of active users will increase and with it price of bitcoin. All details of this post has assumption of we are thinking for long time.


Short time profit people, please ignore my post. Their strategy will be different. :)

You don't need a crystal ball, 99.999% chance no matter what happens price will 10x again in another 4 years. I think you need to think longer time preference. I know for a fact your not living paycheck to paycheck so it shouldn't matter that the moneys tied up. Biden should be good for BTC & ETH so no worries there for another 4yrs. By that time, this thing will be unstoppable because the ones holding it have governments in their pockets. I think everyone's come to the realization in the last week that Big Tech is more powerful than Big Government, and how important decentralized systems are. On top of that the whole world is printing INSAIN AMOUNTS OF FKN MONEY.... While only 900 BTC are created per day and the demand far exceeds that... BTC is like Netfilx what Blockbuster is to Gold. BTC will 100x Golds market cap unless something catastrophic happens.

Let me repeat that cuz I'm dead a55 serious and not just pulling numbers out of my a55.... BTC will 100x Golds market cap just like netflix (digital) did to blockbuster (analog) unless something catastrophic happens.

Sometimes I think that we are being funnelled into #Bitcoin by design.

Other times I think it is the miracle that we need so badly at this very moment.

I really hope it’s the latter. Any thoughts on this?

Don't be that naive :) BTC is just an app.. it's not limited as a resource. You can copy paste it, and create billions of copies.
Supply of crypto-coins is unlimited, so it will never ever retain value
You can speculate on it in short term, but it's just a bubble.. like a ponzi scheme, but much more complex and dificult to understand for most of people :)

Btw, if my math is right then you will see BTC at least once at 15k in next 30 days. Definately it'll explode exponentially but it's bound to fall to near 15k in next 30 days for a while.

There are thousands of and there will be millions in future but my question is, will you copy/paste bitcoin and sent me, I will give you what you ask for.

In exchange of poor bitcoin app ⊗⊗⊗⊗ coins which you mentioned, anything you say will be given to you regardless of it's cost.

Lol.

First try and see even if you copy/paste and create even 1 cent worth of bitcoin and move into blockchain transaction, if you can do it then you'll be the richest man in the world in near future but the question is can you?
If you can, I am willing to buy all your copy/pasted bitcoins at 15k USD per coin and you'll earn this just by simple copy/pasting.

Anyway, we all have right to share our own point of views and I am extremely playful even if my prediction fails but I don't think due to fear of possibility of failure in prediction I should not share what I genuinely feel with my insights and intelligence.

When btc was at 13k I predicted it to reach 26-30K in 30 to 40 days but I didn't share my views as I was new in the space and didn't confident to share here. But now, I strongly feel so lets see.

If it reaches to anywhere near to what I mentioned, I am gonna put all of my wealth into btc for very long time. Lol.

Market behavior, fear/greed index & demand vs potential interested population.

The so called ⊗⊗⊗⊗ guru crazily drives people's greed into buying btc and when it goes up and up and up, people will continue to buy and it'll again increase the price and more and more people will buy.

Once it hits pick and fall back, fear in people's mind will drive them crazy along with greed of getting short term profit and once its going down for 3 to 5 days, mostly all short term profit people go on selling and people will sell below market price as always and it'll decrease the price.

Question is, how many have patiance to hold the btc at such sudden pick like Slokor mentioned he did in 2017 pick?


My prediction is based on 50% math modeling and 50% human emotional behavior into financial investment.

I don't mean there is possible to copy coin of BTC
What I mean is you can make another BTC app.. BTC1, BTC2 and so on. And you can trade on it, buy/sell, mine and so on..

So if you can do the same with any other crypto currency, where is the limitation then?

FIAT currencies are limited and protected by law. You can't make another dollarV2 and let it circulate into the market. You can't mine another type gold also. That's why FIAT/Gold retains stable value you can rely on.
