Just came across this thread, my heart hurts for this guy and for the many people who are victim to these scams, but this is life and it's hard reality. It will never end as long as humans exist.

Can I please request a moderator/admin who has the access to check if OP has logged into the forum at all since his last post? It's the least we can do as a community, please? It would be nice to know OP is well as NO amount of money is worth self-harm, life is worth living (poor or rich, or scammed).

For anyone else reading this it would be an eye opener, do some real due diligence and verification to ensure some form of legitimacy before trading or transferring large amounts of money with websites/platforms that are not globally well known.

Also, it would be foolish to think even reputable trading platforms/exchanges like binance/krakin/coinspot can be trusted, there is always a risk. Anyone remember Mt Gox "hack"?.... yep.

Even if they are legit, they can always have an inside job, or be compromised if there security is not strong, and there is NO SUCH THING as 100% security, not even the biggest world banks can promise they won't get hacked.

I believe this guy was using crypto as a form of currency to forex trade? if your getting into crypto and dealing with what you would consider large amounts of money to you, then for the love of god please educate yourself on cyber security, and safe crypto trading, and obviously get yourself a cold-storage personal cypto storage device to store your crypto.

Hope OP is OK and posts back, you can easily recover from this as others have said. Be stronger, be wiser, and work harder! life is precious.

LOL, I think that was established a long time ago, no need to aimlessly spam the forum with that little gem.

If you must post simply to get your count up (for whatever reason) try and keep it meaningful. This pointless spamming won't endear you to the owner/mods if your goal is to sell accounts on here. :)

As Hank is saying above, if you're trying to reach some sort of post target in order to offer services here / sell accounts then it really isn't needed.

Just PM the forum owner / submit the form, stating your case.

Posting a load of frivolous titbits on posts that are years old just p1sses folk off.

These scams are still running even now that we're in a bear market. Just look at the comment sections of all these youtubers talking about crypto. They all start off with an elaborate story of how they made a profit and then followed by contact this trader on telegram or whatsapp to earn money just like I did.

And then they hook you in to one of these unknown apps that look like coinbase with the charts and everything only thing is it's a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ app. You're actually transferring money to binance and then sending funds to a wallet supposedly owned by the company that owns that ⊗⊗⊗⊗ app. They keep milking you to send more money showing you ⊗⊗⊗⊗ gains on your investment until you realise you've been done.

I really hope OP is ok. Just looking back at this thread I initially thought it was all a joke.

I have personally lost around 200k (give or take) since starting my ecommerce journey. From bad deals to getting scammed...with really nothing to my name, and I worked HARD for YEARS to pay it off...trust me when I say if there's a will, there's a way. While it's extremely likely you got scammed and "MAY" never get it back, I know exactly how you're feeling...but a live dog is better than a dead lion. Fight through the depression and start coming up with a game plan on how you're going to make that money back. You're certainly not the first to go through such a life altering event (and probably won't be the last) but know there are others out there just like you who worked hard and crawled out of the hole they put themselves in.

Learn from this and never make the same mistake again. You're on the right forum on how to start making money with little to nothing, start focusing on opportunities to grow ecommerce businesses and focus on using your profits to pay yourself back.

It sounds like you've only lost your savings...which means you're starting from ground 0. Others (like me) lost our savings + other peoples money + put ourselves in debt and got out of it. You can do this.

I watched the movie STING,there is this low tech scam.
The Chinese in HK has a saying,if the cow does not want to drink water,it wont lower its head.
Assad takes his family savings and want to turn a quick buck.

scams will not stop , I personally believe that no one should send money to any company that is not clearly established in a safe jurisdiction and which is of a very large size

any little known or small company can disappear anytime , they do not even need to be scammers. same for jurisdictions , it should be a large western country only and the owners must be established there as well with a clear understanding who they are

There are also scams among family members,between husband and wife,brother and sisters and relatives .
Madoff is a big shot,founder of NASDAQ,owned his own brokerage business,yachts and castles in France,second home in Florida.
People trust him as he offered 12-13% return!
Few have the resources to find out he is a fraudster,one is a French bank ,after meeting with Madoff,went back to France and use computer modeling to do the same and decide not to do business with him,another one is a competitor from Massachusetts,he hired MIT expert to do the same and cant get the same result,filed a complaint with SEC and heard nothing,filed again and was told to come to NYC to file a case which he did not.
Rest are individuals just forked over their life time savings to Madoff.
The lawyer who is appointed by the court to recover as much as possible from Madoff is the same working on the FTX scandal,some of MADOFF investors who have sold their holdings were asked to return their gains as Madoff never made those trades,so there is no profit !

A lot of people turned a blind eye and a lot of people trusted him without seeing any of the trade sheets.

Most people lost their money because they saw the ROI and didnt ask any other questions.
