Dear All, I need to fund my Paypal accounts so I thought about selling BTC for Paypal transfers. Checking the BUY BTC offers details, I've found some things that confused me, hence my questions to you:
1. why people are willing to buy BTC at a price much higher than average (coinmarketcap.com)?
2. am I supposed to release BTC from escrow as soon as I received the funds in my PP, or can I wait 1 day, withdraw the funds to bank, then release BTC?

Are you talking about localbitcoins.com ?

That platform is very limited and even in USA only a few states can do business with them
