I purchased a ''Fresh dedicated Canada IP'' and I can't say that I'm happy with it. The ISP shows as a Hosting datacenter, even google blocks it and ask to enter captcha multiple times. You actually have to enter captcha in every website there is because they detect the ip as fishy.
