Regarding registering for an account, you want to use Residential IPs, not the dedicated IPs. Dedicated IPs are best for maintaining an already active account. Also regarding the proxy manager extension, leave the default configuration.

I created a brand new VM and I purchased a Fresh IP from IPBurger. I also purchased an Amazon buyer account.

I connected to the Fresh IP using SoftEther and logged into Amazon. I received an email from Amazon asking me to "Approve or Deny" the attempted login. However, the email showed that someone from California was trying to login to the account. The Fresh IP I purchased is from Oregon. The IPBurger website also shows that I'm in Oregon.

Is this why I was immediately banned after giving approval for the sign in attempt? I also tried a fresh VM with IPBurger extension since I saw it spoofs location and coordinates. This time, the sign in said "Approved" but then I was immediately banned.

I know there's nothing wrong with the VM since I cloned it from somebody who has had success with it. I also tried creating my own VM and same problems. The buyer accounts are fine as well since I know someone who buys them from the same person I do.

Why is IPBurger's fresh IP not working for me? Is there something I overlooked? Thanks.

Fresh IPs are not good for brand new accounts, they are only useful in maintaining an existing an account. For a brand new account you will want a Residential IP address. It's been this way fora while now.
