If there is demand for anything we'll cover it but so far nobody has asked for a Chinese or HK IP address. We get more Chinese customers wanting US/UK IPs instead.

IP change is $15 one time.

So you can purchase a year VPN and 6 months down the road need to change IPs, it's no problem.
