Never seen that. It seems that your customer ran into issues and reported your direct sales to EB in an attempt to recover his funds.

Any links to external websites / business outside of ebay will have listings removed

New to me, but I keep my nose clean and my ship tight, I don't do things to draw negative attention.

Look at all the rules that ebay can take your listing down for DIRECT SALES. I'm surprised there's not more of it happening. http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/...umventing.html

They don't just remove listing, first warning then suspension

I have people all the time wanting me to sell them off of ebay, just assumed it was ebay employees phishing me. I always tell them, no I will post a specific link for you to buy the item from. 10% commission is much less than cost of store or going to all the trouble to open website that you would get 1/10000 of the traffic.
