Just contact the seller first and request a return or a resolution. If you are not satisfied with the solution then open the case with eBay.

Chances are that at least 1-2 of them will just accept returns or something of the sort for you.

It's EB - buyers can do no wrong. There may be a limit, but three returns won't even be close.

On AZ you need what, around 200 returns a year to even be noticed as a problem?
