eBay Money Back Guarantee Glitch
I was wondering, if eBay offers a 'Money Back Guarantee' programme on most of their items that are listed for sale, can't people abuse this system? Most of the time, the buyer always wins (rarely the seller) even if you have tracking number and proof. So therefore, can't people open and close accounts and tell the seller that they never received the item and always be given a refund? And then you create other separate accounts and do the same thing over and over again using different details?
And what's the limit of the number of times that you can claim for a 'Money Back Guarantee' ? If you had to open a buyer without opening a case on eBay, will that still get marked as a refund being sent?
