Can We sell with Aus Ebay Account + Paypal US

Is there a way if I only list 1 item for sell with unverified paypal acc on ebay? Only 1 item, forever...^^

And how if I use my AUs ebay account to sell, but put the money to a US paypal account? Is that Possible? Since verifying an US paypal acc is much more easier as we only need Credit card to verify.

Will that works? Or it can get me suspended?

I have used 1 country paypal and 1 country ebay many times with no problems at all!
