Dispute on my second sale

I made a fresh half stealth ebay account to sell some items (i want to sell around 2000/3000$ in 15 items soon)

I have 2 questions:
1. I tried to go slow on my first month and only sell 2 items worth a combined 300$, i accidentally accepted an offer for 5$ less than i was asking (i dont care about the 5$) and the guy ended up not paying for it.
I opened a unpaid item dispute, will this destroy my account?
2. How much do i have to wait before i can start selling bulk? these items are worth 100-150$ each, when can i sell them fast with lower risk of suspension?

1 - That is fine. No harm in opening a case against someone if they have not paid for their item

2 - It really depends on what your selling. Selling very high risk items then you need to go super slow. Selling generic tea towels or something else super low risk then you can go a bit faster

Its a branded item that's not on VERO that retails for 150$~
