Default Feedback Extortion $419.99 item.

I sold an item for $419.99 factory sealed and the buyer opens a return.
What should i do in this situation.
The buyer opens a return saying

"Reason for return
Doesn't match description or photos
Comments
The product is not new and came with scratches and finger marks. Need a 100% refund on this, as I ordered a brand-new unused product and not this."

Hello. Good morning. Can you please send a picture or 2 showing the scratches? The item came factory sealed? Please respond asap! Thanks ----


I don't got pictures. Im sending this back to you and want all my money back asap. The ------ is sealed still, because once I saw the finger prints and scratches on the ----, didn't wanted to open that.

Hey Man, I really trust you and thats not the issue. Unfortunately, I'm a bud tender and take my job very serious, as I treat patients with different problems. The only way I'm keeping it is getting full refund. You got 2 options. 1) refund (keeping the -----) and 5 stars or 2) returning -------, refund, and negative review.

After he sends that message i send this
So you are saying you want to keep the item and the money or you will leave negative feedback?

He reply's.
DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. Send me the return label so I can send back the volcano and have my money back. Im letting eBay customer support whats happening here.

So im like ok and accept the return and pay for a return label.

How should i proceed. He is from puerto rico and i fairly sure that he will send a empty box back and leave negative feedback.

IF this was me, I would contact eBay customer service straight away and lay the case to them- Let them advise you.

If he escalates, he'll win the case.
If you manage to somehow convince the eBay rep that you are in the right and your seller protection should be perhaps used, then you win the case.

I wouldn't be talking to him much more- He has made his mind up, he'll **** your whole world up with timewasting.

Just see if eBay can step in and help YOU, before he escalates and they'll cover him.

Thats if this was ME... But you know, each to their own I guess.
