Default eBay item return

Hi!
I sold an expensive, oryginal watch on eBay for $12,000.
The buyer got package but opened return request as the item doesn't seem authentic. I sold watch with all certificate needed and I'm sure it's authentic.

I can't add my own shipping label to ship it back, tried on USPS but always got some errors so I choose option "I can't add label" and now return details saying:

"Contact the buyer to arrange return shipping
You should reimburse the buyer for any return shipping costs.Be sure to upload an image that shows proof you reimbursed the buyer. For example, this could be an image of a receipt or an email confirmation.Wait to get the item back before you issue a refund. Contact the buyer."

I've contacted with buyer and he said he don't want to ship item back. What now? Will I win it or buyer will scam me and got the item and cash back?

You can always ask an American Friend to purchase the label for you and email it to you. I have this problem at least once a month with Canada. i get like one return a month from canada, and i cant buy postage in america for canada. I usually will ask the buyer to invoice me for the shipping cost which im happy to pay.

I think you will lose the case unless you upload the label. Ive been in your shoes before....Had a buyer in canada open a retuen...i sent a label...buyer refused to return and escalated the case threw ebay....ebay found in my favor...then the buyer asked to send back....i told him the case decision is final and he couldnt leave feedback so go kick rocks.

All the communication went through eBay ? If yes, I would contact the support stating that the buyer doesn't want to return the item. They can check your conversation, if he really doesn't want to ship the item back to you, then probably it's better for you.
Is it a stealth account ?

All communication went through ebay. This is my own account, not stealth. Im based in Poland, can I call ebay and ask about this situation?
Now when I clicked that I cant add label I dont see any options to add that label, only information that now I should wait for buyer shipping item back.
I don't want to lose $12,000...
If ebay goes to this request and give buyer refund will I get sale fee back?

I would call eBay and explain the situation. Or contact them via live chat.

I don't have live chat option.

I called they twice.
First time on friday and they said I need to provide shipping label. I said i tried but can't do this and consultant said me that I need to ask buyer how much will cost shipping back and send money with paypal. I said ok and end calling.

The buyer didn't answer to my question and I called ebay once again today. They said the shipping info is provided (I think on first call they did it) and I need to wait to 16th May and if buyer doesn't ship item back I should contact they with 17th May and they will close return case in my favour and money will go to me and item will be stated as sold.

I wil tell you how this story will end in next few days :D

Ok so they close return and open case on May 13 and the same time they put case oh hold till May 18 to give buyer 5 days to upload all needed information.
I called it May 19 and asked about that. They said buyer didn't answer and they are closing this case now in my favour and buyer can't open this case again and item will be stated as sold.
And 5h after my calling they sent me email. I went to eBay and I see this:
"eBay Customer Support has placed the case on hold until May. 22 to allow time to provide additional documentation."

They again put a few days hold... I really don't understand it.

Hello!
Now ebay put another case hold until 25 May. What the hell!?
Anyone can explain it to me? Why they are holding this case third time? For first time ebay said that buyer didn't add any documents and will close case on my favour...
