Royal Mail Claim with Steam Account

Dear Suspension Members,

I had made a Royal Mail item has not arrive claim, but Royal Mail send me a cheque back with money under my steam account name, saying Pay this person only, how do i deal with this please?

Or, if item got loss/ item not arrive again next time, how do i make a Royal Mail Claim correctly with steam account?

Yeah.. Surely they would of asked for your name on the claim form? Why would they use your stream name (alias), presuming you're talking about the actual gaming platform steam right?

Well, I made the claim under my real name, but i took a screenshot of the steam PayPal transaction and send back to Royal Mail as they ask for proof of value, but i don't understand why they send me a cheque back saying "Pay to this steam account bank only".
