Attach payment gateway to new eBay account

I currently have a merchant account, is there any possible way I can add it to a new eBay account with no selling history?

Or will eBay want to ask security questions?

Or what if I purchased an eBay account with feedback?

I do not want to use PayPal

i did have an ebay account that actually had feedback and i added my merchant account to it called ebay and they adjusted my account with no problems.

so i am going to buy an account with some feedback.

You need to contact authorize and get new login creds. eBay will link you if you don't. It takes a little convincing, but they will do it. Once the login creds are different, it's not an issue. Make sure your eBay account is a business account from the beginning. I've done it a few times without a problem.
