 ebay items sold, merchant account problem
Hi Everyone,
I applied for a merchant account with TSYS on Sept 14th, I was approved the same day, I didn't get ask for any bank statements or payment history, just which merchant provider i was with in the past. I already sold items and currently have Funds on hold,I called to see why the funds haven't been deposited and they told me they are reversing the transactions and are going back to the card holder because i don't have any re seller agreements, not every retailer online has seller agreements, now i am out of money because all the transactions are being reversed and some items have already been shipped and delivered. I was using my merchant account with ebay the total i sold on ebay was around $1900
I am not sure how i am going to refund all 13 orders through ebay as i already closed my authorize.net account and changed my API login Key. and i have 4 orders that have already been delivered to my buyers totaling $350 and they won't give me my money. so i guess my ebay account is toast???
I was thinking just to get by with a merchant account would i be better off just making my own re seller agreements?
my main supplier is Walmart, but i use Amazon and Wayfair Supply everynow and then.
