New with stealth need some help

So i made a new US account, but requesting higher selling limits wont work. I keep getting error "We can increase your selling limits right now".

Is there somwere else i should ask to rise it ?

Well this is maybe 3rd account i made so far. Before i used US phone, registered an account.

After i press request highers selling limit, i would get an option "Talk to us on the phone".

But now i cant get to that option.

Everything used to create account is US based, IP, phone, etc. . .

Sell something first, and let eBay increase your limits based on your seller performance.

ahh i now get it. I think your account has NO selling limit yet, right?
first you need to register for a Seller Account, go here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/sell...ed.html#create
Then you need to call eBay and ask for a selling limit on your account. They will just need some verifications, like your name, address, and what do you want sell.

Ive always had success requesting for a higher selling limit after I show that I've been selling a good amount and am close to reaching those selling limits

My selling limit is 0$ , i cant sell anything to begin with.

Everything looks normal, no m essage from ebay. But i cant sell anything

If your selling limit is $0 don't try to request an increase of selling limit. Just go make an other new account. ( address/ phone number/ verify your paypal account are the key points). Good luck

Every new account is limited with 0, im using textnow, tryed some other virtual numbers too didnt work. Im using licenced VPN private tunnel, tryed some opera VPNs too. Same result.

Something you are using in your creation method is causing the initial 0/0 limits. Usually it's the VOIP phone you're using or VPN.

Stop using ALL VOIP apps, they won't work....that's your problem to begin with. As far as VPN I don't know which your using.
