You're the phony apple cord guy, right?

And now you want to sue EB and AZ.

Let's look at a few numbers, shall we?

AZ is worth $544 BILLION. The GDP of the entire Earth is 77 TRILLION and the GDP of the US in 2016 was 19 Trillion.

So AZ generates, by itself, 2.8% of the entire US's GDP, and close to 1% of the ENTIRE WORLD'S GDP.

If AZ were a country, it would be 42nd largest NATION by GDP in the list of 195 recognized nations on Earth.

I'm absolutely certain they're quaking in their boots in fear you might spend a million dollars suing them and will give up instantly rather than face utter defeat at your hands.

Bezos could wipe his hiney with a million dollars every time he visits the loo and not even notice he spent it.

They'll crush you like a bug on the windshield of a big rig and never know you were there.

Good luck with this.

You're talking about Amazon's revenue, not profits. My sales on Ebay reached 13,000 $ in August/2017, but from that I could barely net 2000 $ (after taxes).

When you buy an iPhone cable (that's worth more than 20$) for 5$, do you really think you're getting the real stuff?

Btw, 99.8% of the feedbacks I got for the cables I sold were positive and customers were very happy with what they got!

Yes. Yes, the seller does.

Why? Any seller has a duty of care to establish their item they want to list to be sold meets the required standards. They need to study how, what, why about that measly phake item.

Selling is about knowing not just your rights but the rights of the party you are using.

None of the big companies are going to condone sellers flogging phakes. And I hear you say but why????

The companies that hold the IP rights will sue them. In 2008, Louis Vuitton sued eBay and won compensation. Quicker to chop the foo-foo seller than deal with another company.

Your fund raising suggestion will not work. They tend to be for people in ge Jone trouble. Your basis for suing will not be easy to fund.

That $2 million from the users here is pocket money. It will be used up over the reading of the claim before anything goes to Court.

Shrugs.

No. But you're not gonna find a Goodyear tire made from a manufacturer named Tommy's Tires Inc. And there's a good damn reason for it!

I'm okay with buying a knockoff. What I'm NOT okay with, is buying something ADVERTISED as legit and receiving some junk shiit.

Hell, I used to sell ~20,000 iphone cables a month, but I made it VERY CLEAR that they were NOT Apple cables. And people were okay with that(except the dumbphucks who couldn't read )

WTH does that have to do with anything? I'm just laughing at you for only being able to make 2k/month passing off phakes as real

Turn your thinking and business model, and you might be able to make some good money one day.

Ebay.de gives you some statistics about your competitors. The biggest seller on ebay.de (iPhone cables category), sold around 3500 cables in August.

If you sold 20,000 iPhone cables in one month, then you must have been the biggest seller in that category. Am I right?

What's it matter? The point is, I sold a lot of stuff WITHOUT the intention of fooling someone.

And you, too, can do the same thing if you put your mind to it. Quick bucks don't last long.

Did you make it clear that the cables are generic through the title or the item's description?

The word Apple was NOWHERE to be found in my listing. And if you're selling some junk that you got for $0.25/piece, it shouldn't be in yours either.

He won't. All what I want now is to get done with this lawyer's problem, not going to sell anything before that matter is solved.

Ah sh*t... I forgot you were that guy! No wonder you're having a hard time understanding all of this. I'm surprised your ass ain't in jail yet.

Have you taken that lawyer out to lunch yet? lol

What do you think about this titling:

charging cable for iPhone 5 iPhone 6 7 iPad Air USB Lightning 1m NEW

No pics from Apple's website will be used and in the item specifics/description, it will be made clear the cables are not made by Apple.

Do you think the above listing will be reported by Markmonitor?

Oh my god, why the hell would I go to jail at all? Is not that a civil lawsuit (In case it went to court)?

I called in for a limit increase once, and the guy told me to remove the word Lightning from my listing. So I did.

If Apple decides to sue me, would that be a civil or a criminal lawsuit?
