I'm neither a lawyer nor a law-breaking citizen, so I can't be of any assistance to you in regards to advice on that matter. Sorry.

Has he really?

So by replying we are enabling him to do his foo-foods and make money.

The lawsuit is Criminal in the USA.

Jail time in a Federal Penitenary.

There have been users her that have lost their freedom because they ignored the rules.

FFS, here is his thread.

https://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-d...ng-sue-me.html

All he wants is enabling to flog his phakes. Going to try not comment.

OP has not got the cojones to work anything out himself. We are to spoon feed him.

Not on my watch.

Might keep you from being targeted and it is a part so customer might not question it

Great advice. So you want to enable someone to try to flog off phakes?

It's okay to sell generic products as long they it work and last a reasonable period of time.

Selling generic products is a legitimate, ethical business AS LONG AS THE SELLER SAYS THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE!!!!

What I HATE is when somebody sells me a 'Genuine Apple charging cord' at a 'Genuine Apple charging cord' price, and it's a cheap knock off, and it doesn't work right out of the box or fails a day later.

That person is a LIAR and a THIEF!

If Apple decides to sue me, would that be a civil or a criminal lawsuit?

If Apple sues you, that is Civil, monetary only.

If they see a violation of law, such as copyright or trademark infringement, they can refer you to a state's attorney, or your local equivalent, and ask for an enforcement action. If the state decides the accusations are substantial and have merit they can also prosecute you.

In that case the state can pursue you for violating those laws and fraud and theft that damaged the people of your country.

So BOTH can happen.

You can lose both your money and your freedom.

It's eBay job to police this stuff so if they catch you, they catch you. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. If the level of risk is ok with you then have at it. But people have to stop thinking these large companies have any kind of morality they are more ruthless then any of us. EBay is glad your making sales, your like there fall guy lol

I hope all the best for you walkingupwards - for future moves, research your products well and plan accordingly.

Again, forum is not here to provide legal or financial advice.

Yes, moving about $5K a month with no problems at all. I have a semi stealth (not my info but legitimate) account from 2007 also.
