Default What should I do next? Good/Bad Story

Okay so recently on eBay I have been restricted to list for 7 days, my items which were sold disappeared from the selling activity, and my listing is gone.

AND Despite what happened, I do not really care about not being to list because I have another backup account

but what I am worried about is the selling activity...
To begin with, I sold about 10 of these products (electronics), none are shown on eBay but when I log in to my PayPal I can view all of them, and see the payments received.
That being said, I had this happened to me before but I was the buyer in the situation...I purchased a 3ds for $30, soon the listing was removed and after calling eBay and requesting a refund, I received my payment almost instantly.

That being said as a seller would you recommend I ship the buyers? or refund them through Paypal?

And if you have any other options please tell me I´m interested to hear.

Check the product and consider not selling them if they cause your account to be restricted.

You're lucky I came by. What happend to you happend to me 90 days ago. I refunded the customers through Paypal and guess what happend next? My defect rate jumped to the sky.

The sales are still valid even though the listings got pulled down. You SHOULD ship the sales to your customers even if you can't print shipping labels through Ebay.

If you refund through Paypal, Ebay's system will flag that as something called "Order cancelled because item not available anymore" and that will have dare consequences for your account's status.

Give Ebay a call and ask them how you can print shipping labels through their system, they will probably tell you to contact your costumers and ask for shipping details OR get that info through your Paypal. The goal of calling Ebay is to let Ebay know that you shipped/going to ship.

When this happend to me I called Ebay and the dumb and insanely stupid employee told me I am not allowed to ship the sales because the listings were pulled down as they were for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products. I listened to him and refunded through Paypal > logged in my Ebay 2 days later to find out that my deficit rate is high to the level that I lost my "Top Rated" status. I contacted Ebay and told them that their employee told me not to ship and their answer was:

"Next time, make sure you got the right advice before making decisions"!!!!!!!!

I would recommend shipping the items. Unless the person finds a problem with the item you send they are probably not going to ask you for a refund. If your suspension is only for 7 days and they do decide they have a problem then you can refund them through PayPal if they ask for it.

I hope this guy logs in and see my post before he refunds his customers through Paypal. Boy that would be a hell of a mistake.

Never knew this would affect the defect rate. Thanks for the input.

There's only one correct moral, ethical, and business decision: If you've been paid, send the item.

Yes ship them. I have had this happen before and never had issue.

Plus, later I fought the claim and won. They never asked me for invoices or ask for supplier information. I laterally had to make them accept my invoices.

Eventually it got solved, however I was very glad I shipped those items.

As a side note your buyers may have been notified that sale was cancelled.
