You DO know what this guy did, right?

He knowingly, intentionally sold thousands of phony Iphone cords, deliberately using 'Apple' in the title and description to make it seem like they were real Apple products.

And for the past several weeks he's spent all his time here trying to figure out how to do exactly the same thing all over again.

It hardly seems letting him back on EB is the kind of thing you congratulate something like this for.

I read this thread and this thread only. There is no mention of him stating he was selling "Genuine Apple iPhone Cords" My congratulations was for his persistence in calling ebay and getting his account back.

Then you are slightly misguided.

The majority of other 139 posts have been about his selling on listings that caused the German legal rep of Apple to become involved. OP had dialogue with them to escape possible litigation.

Numerous listings were taken down in proper accordance with VeRO rulings.

At no time has the OP been contrite about his business practices. His argument was he had many happy customers so why should he be told what to do.

Many others have tried to help him. His attitude is of wanting to sell as he likes.

His account was not in that dangerous a position. Patience and learning more would have worked.
Even though he got issues resolved, he could still have issues.

That is why there has been a reaction.

All what I had is one listing and I will make sure not to have similar issues in the future. I was new to Ebay and made mistakes just like anyone else.

I made this post to tell how I got my defect rates deleted and you said that was an insult to every user here and dallis went further by saying I should have been kicked off Ebay and there is no justice in this world because of what happend with me :juggle:

I also made use of the advice I got here and many were very kind to comment and help. However, I believe one could find negative people anywhere in this world (no offense).

All what I had is one listing

I could cut and paste countless details of your many threads to show this is BS

Seriously, it is not your duty to judge me or tell people what to comment.

I told him what you did.

We all DO judge you.

Whatever man... my advice for you is to seek help, you seem to have some kind of psychological problem. You are either trolling or you do have a serious issue with anger/aggressiveness.

Again, please ignore my future posts (if you could) and save your energy.

This. ^^

You could have avoided all of this flaming by just being vague about what you sell. One of the forum rules is to not discuss what you sell because it can bring unwanted attention.

Glad you got your account back. All these "holier than thou" stealthers are ignoring the fact that you could have easily moved your sales to another account.
